You don’t have to get married on a Saturday to have the perfect wedding!
Sunday is another great day to say “I Do” and at the Grand Loft, we are now offering our Sunday Champagne Brunch Wedding Package.
Our Sunday Champagne Brunch Wedding Package includes the following:
- The rental of our beautiful facility including the chapel, reception and buffet area, bride and groom dressing rooms, rehearsal dining room and of course the ballroom).
- Our popular wedding menus prepared by our preferred caterer Dotte Brothers Catering.
- A cake designed to your specifications by our preferred bakery Classic Cakes & More.
- Plastic ware for all guests, dinner plate, cake plate, utensils, cups, & napkins.
- Free bridal consultations with our staff.
- The use of our Bartender and the bar offering tea, coffee and mixers (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, tonic water & club soda) – You are welcome to provide your desired alcohol requirements.
- Our in-house DJ & MC.
- And of course, a complimentary bottle of champagne at the head table provided by Main Street Liquor!
All of this for one low package price of $ 4,125.00 every Sunday in 2010 and 2011.

The Grand Loft is happy to announce that the City of Osawatomie will begin in April a complete downtown streetscape project with a cost totaling close to one million dollars. Improvements include new curbs and gutters, crosswalks, sidewalks and amenities including new trees, decorative planters, benches, trash cans, and antique light poles.
“We are pleased that the City and the Community of Osawatomie is investing in this beautification project for the downtown area”, says Kathy Light, owner of the Grand Loft, “since it will only add to the overall beauty and appeal of our wedding events that our guests have come to experience at the Grand Loft”. The project is slated to be completed in the later part of August. Below is a rendering of the proposed improvements.

It’s time for the Grand Loft’s Wedding Open House!
We are inviting you to join us anytime between 2pm to 7pm, Sunday, September 26th.
Join us for a Grand tour, refreshments, and a tasting from the Grand Loft’s preferred caterer – Dotte Brother’s. We will even be serving wedding cake from our preferred bakery! Blazic photography will be on-hand to assist you with your photography questions!
Any couples that attend the Open House and sign a contract that evening will receive complimentary use of our rehearsal dining room (a $200 value!).
